Terms of Service

AutoKickstart ("Service," "we," "us") provides a one-time paid dealer outreach service. When you submit a vehicle request, we contact matching automotive dealers on your behalf via email, sharing your vehicle preferences and contact information so dealers can respond to you directly.

We may contact up to 25 dealers per request. This is a maximum cap, not a guarantee of any specific number of dealers contacted. The actual number depends on dealer availability in your area for your requested vehicle criteria.

Demo mode may be available for testing purposes; demo requests do not contact real dealers and are provided free of charge.

By using AutoKickstart, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your vehicle request, including your name, email address, phone number, and vehicle preferences.
• Only submit requests for vehicles you genuinely intend to purchase or lease.
• Not use the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes.
• Not harass, abuse, or send inappropriate communications to dealers who contact you.
• Not submit fake or invalid contact information.

Emails we send to dealers include your email address as the Reply-To, so dealer responses come directly to you. Your phone number is included in the email body for dealers who prefer to call.

We do not control dealer responses. Dealers may or may not reply, and we have no control over the timing, content, or quality of their responses. We do not guarantee that any dealer will contact you, have the vehicle you want in stock, or offer any particular price.

AutoKickstart does not guarantee:

• That any dealer will respond to your inquiry
• That any dealer will have matching inventory
• Any specific price, discount, or deal outcome
• That exactly 25 dealers (or any specific number) will be contacted
• The accuracy of dealer inventory or pricing information

The Service facilitates introductions between you and dealers. All negotiations, transactions, and agreements are solely between you and the dealer(s).

The current fee for dealer outreach is $19.99 USD (one-time). Payment is collected before outreach begins.

Pricing may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Refunds are at our sole discretion. Once dealer outreach has begun (emails have been sent to dealers), we generally do not provide refunds, as the service has been performed.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical error on our part, contact us at support@example.com.

We will honor refund requests required by applicable law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the actions, products, services, or content of any third party, including dealers contacted through the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOKICKSTART AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE (I.E., THE FEE FOR YOUR DEALER OUTREACH REQUEST).

To provide the Service, we collect and process the following information:

• Your vehicle preferences (make, model, year range, budget, condition, notes)
• Your contact information (email address, phone number, name)
• Your location (ZIP code and search radius)
• Job metadata (timestamps, status, dealer contacts made)

We share this information with dealers we contact on your behalf—that is the core function of the Service. We do not sell your data to lead aggregators or third-party marketing companies.

You may not use the Service to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Harass dealers or other users
• Engage in any illegal activity
• Attempt to circumvent payment or abuse demo/testing features
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel requests, or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
